Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the region, focusing on key retailers and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales progress and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
