Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, interpret, and document requirements from key stakeholders within IT and the broader business.
  • Work closely with data engineering and operational teams to develop and implement data solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to define and shape requirements for data-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure that development aligns with business specifications by partnering with data teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standards for data-driven initiatives.

  • Proficiency in data engineering concepts and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in customer service and high-level issue resolution.
  • Experience with usability, user experience and technical documentation.
