Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior L2 Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in Oracle applications and expand their business process knowledge.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting development opportunity that offers the chance to progress and grow with our company.
  • The ideal candidate will have two or more years' experience working in a professional environment, preferably in finance, purchasing, or payroll.
Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Triage of tickets from the Service Desk and maintenance of the company knowledge base.
  2. Analyzing and resolving user problems, routing tickets to existing HCM and Financials Delivery teams where necessary.
  3. Testing changes and supporting patching cycles.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:

  • Good customer management skills and IT skills.
  • A willingness to learn technical skills.
  • Basic or end-user knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (HCM, FINS, Procurement modules) or Service Now/ITIL would be advantageous.

You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, confident in a hybrid environment with good communication skills.

Location and Requirements
  • This role will be home-based but requires travel to Manchester for team meetings and ad hoc visits to customer sites as the successful candidate develops.
Salary Information

Our estimated salary for this position is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is competitive for the market.
