We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to support the People team at Salix, enabling us to achieve our ambitious net zero targets.
The ideal candidate has experience in HR & Payroll functions, with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Salix HR system, providing data analysis and reporting, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with high-quality insights.
Key responsibilities include managing the HR system/database, automating and improving HR analytics, and leading system improvements.
A salary of £35,000-£39,270 is offered for this Band C role, based in Manchester with one day per week working from home.
