We're excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as an HR Data Analyst at Salix. As a key member of our People team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR system, providing data analysis and reporting, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with high-quality insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR & Payroll functions, with strong organisational skills, the ability to work under conflicting deadlines, and proficiency in managing complex data. They'll be a team player with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Purpose

To support the People team with data analysis and insights, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR system, and providing high-quality information to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR system/database.
  • Automate and improve HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Lead system improvements, data cleaning, and new functionality integration.
  • Create user guides and train HR team members to enhance system proficiency.
  • Design and maintain KPI/MI reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate on HR system migrations, payroll data reconciliation, and HR projects.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including new starter processes, benefits, and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Assist with salary reviews, performance bonus processes, and workforce modeling.
