We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to join our team at Found Talent in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with data teams.

The salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • As a Data Business Analyst, you will be the focal point for product knowledge, working closely with data engineering and operational teams.
  • You will gather, analyse, interpret, and document requirements from key stakeholders within IT and the broader business.
  • Network across the organisation to define and shape requirements for data-driven initiatives.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure that development aligns with business specifications.
  • Collaborate on documentation, guidelines, and standards with leadership teams.
  • Map out internal and external products and services to drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data engineering concepts and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in customer service and high-level issue resolution.
  • Experience with usability, user experience and technical documentation.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with remote technical teams.
  • Decisiveness and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
