This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in HR & Payroll functions, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include managing the HR system/database, automating and improving HR analytics, and leading system improvements.

A salary of £35,000-£39,270 is offered for this Band C role, based in Manchester with one day per week working from home.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing the HR system/database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
  2. Automating and improving HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting processes
  3. Leading system improvements, data cleaning, and new functionality integration
  4. Creating user guides and training HR team members to enhance system proficiency
  5. Designing and maintaining KPI/MI reports using tools like Excel and Power BI
  6. Collaborating on HR system migrations, payroll data reconciliation, and HR projects
  7. Supporting the employee lifecycle, including new starter processes, benefits, and compliance
  8. Communicating effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers
