The Role of the Operations Analyst

Liaising with contracted parties and internal departments to address any issues during the material depositing process.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform integrity testing of Escode deposits to ensure contents are virus-free and accessible.
  2. Accurate updates to relevant business systems following the integrity testing of a given Escode deposit.
  3. Liaising with contracted parties and internal departments to address any issues during the material depositing process.
  4. Verification exercises within the skillset of the individual Operations Analyst.
  5. Producing and issuing Integrity Test/Verification reports, meeting required accredited standards.
Key Competencies Required
  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident, clear communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience working with common operating systems.
  • An understanding of virtualisation, particularly VMware.
