Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have prior experience in providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries to agreed SLAs at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support all ticket issues raised, M365 applications, and provide project support.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications and cloud technologies.
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and services.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, VMware, NetApp, Active Directory, Azure, and On Prem & Cloud technologies.
  • Prior experience in providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries to agreed SLAs at an enterprise level.
  • Prior experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, rollouts, or legacy migration projects.
  • Prior experience in supporting BAU tasks related to existing infrastructure and services.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
