IT Systems Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our IT Operations team in Manchester. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting all ticket issues raised, M365 applications, and providing project support.

You will work closely with Security, Networking, Asset, and Infrastructure teams, acting as a point of contact for 3rd line escalations, providing support to the business and colleagues when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure, systems, and projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications and cloud technologies.
- Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and services.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365, VMware, NetApp, Active Directory, Azure, and On Prem & Cloud technologies.
- Prior experience in providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries to agreed SLAs at an enterprise level.
- Prior experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, rollouts, or legacy migration projects.
- Prior experience in supporting BAU tasks related to existing infrastructure and services.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Professional training opportunities, including ITIL V4 certification.
