HideOut Youth Zone is a leading youth organization that empowers young people to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Facilities and Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-site facility. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing supplier contracts, and reviewing budgets to create new efficiencies across the sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general maintenance of premises, including heating, lighting, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and installation work, such as joinery and plumbing, and painting and redecorating as required.
  • Complete statutory and non-statutory inspections and maintain records.
  • Manage supplier contracts and review budgets to create new efficiencies across the sites.
  • Work with the wider Empower team to ensure that all sites meet high standards of maintenance and operation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in managing facilities across a site in a similar environment.
  • Experience managing staff and contractors.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest health and safety regulations and experience producing risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ideal experience managing a multi-site facility.
