Job Overview

We are partnering with a distinguished client to expand their Property Management team. Our client offers a comprehensive range of services, and as a Lead Property Manager, you will engage with diverse asset classes and collaborate with clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Surveyor, you will lead on-site matters across properties managed by the business. You will conduct regular property inspections and implement follow-up actions. Collaboration with the Accounts team is also required to manage budgets, oversee credit control, and ensure service charge reconciliations are RICS-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site matters across various properties.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team for budget management and service charge reconciliation.
Requirements
  • RICS-qualified surveyor with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation, valuation techniques, rent review processes, and lease renewal procedures.
  • Flexibility to adjust working patterns as needed.
Benefits
