Workday HRIS Analyst Role

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at Rolls-Royce SMR. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for defining and implementing HR business requirements, configuring and testing Workday modules, and providing exceptional support to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Requirements: Define and support the implementation of HR business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing HR systems.
  • Workday Configuration: Configure and test different Workday modules, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • End-User Support: Provide exceptional support to our end-users, resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Change Management: Lead and support upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities within Workday, maintaining robust change management documentation.
  • Training and Development: Design and develop standard operating procedures and training guides to support user adoption and knowledge retention.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £52,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Benefits Package: 12% employer pension contributions, 6% employee pension contributions, 28 days' holiday, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
