Steadman Hub has partnered with a rapidly growing HubSpot Agency to tackle the SMB market. The agency is seeking a HubSpot CRM Consultant to work alongside the Technical Lead, gathering and translating client requirements, and designing and building their HubSpot environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops
  • Define and refine requirements with senior stakeholders
  • Map out clients' as-is and to-be processes
  • Create user stories using these processes via Jira
  • Support the Data team on migrating from legacy platform data to HubSpot
  • Support the HubSpot build team on designing, building, and delivering HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent Business Analysis skills, including leading scoping workshops and gathering requirements
  • Proven experience delivering an end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Great communication skills for training users
