Employee Relations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Partnering Team at NCC Group. As an ER Specialist, you will provide strong generalist support to our colleagues and people managers across our UK and European business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general queries and providing advice on policies that arise through the People Services Team.
- Providing guidance to our managers on employee relations matters, escalating more complex employee relations issues to the relevant HR Business Partner.
- Staying up-to-date with employment law in the UK and across Europe to ensure our people processes and training materials are updated with any legal or process improvement changes.
- Supporting process improvement activity to help ensure a continuous improvement approach.
- Assisting with data and reporting requirements to support the business areas as required.
Requirements:
- Experienced ER advisor with a proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases.
- Ability to educate managers on procedures, employment law, and best practice.
- CIPD qualified to minimum level 3 is desirable, CIPD level 5 would be preferable.
- Experience of Workday HRIS.
