Buying Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Support Specialist to join our Buying Team at Adanola. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our Buyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our buying processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production samples, including collecting and organizing post samples for the team.
- Work closely with Buyers and Merchandisers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Adanola Brand.
- Proactively build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Answer supplier queries and direct them to the Buyer if necessary.
- Organize the sign-off rail according to buyer requirements.
- Raise POs correctly, paying close attention to detail.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Buying Admin role is essential.
- BA or equivalent qualification in a fashion-related course, preferably Buying.
- Excellent administration skills, able to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage time efficiently.
- Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.
- Quick learner, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
