At In Technology Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to progress their career to the next level, with a focus on technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

As a Level 2 IT Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. With a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing training and development opportunities to the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop OS, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and AWS. Experience with networking, virtualisation, and cloud computing is also highly desirable. In addition, you will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits, including paid certifications, remote working, healthcare, pension, free parking, and social events.
