About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Support Specialist to join our Gaming Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our development and production environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve critical incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform system performance analysis, capacity planning, and monitoring checks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Support release management activities, including provisioning new platforms and creating automated workflows.
  • Coordinate system changes and operations, including OS patching and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot server-related issues or hardware faults, and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Identify technical and process areas for continual improvement, fostering modern engineering practices.
  • Communicate change activities and conduct post-live system checks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a development or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience liaising across technical domains.
  • Ability to make and act on decisions under pressure, resilience in challenging situations, and adaptable to changing priorities.
