Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Pearl Medical Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality reception service to patients, doctors, and colleagues.
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and queries.
  • Process repeat prescriptions and handle patient queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Work effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in reception duties or working with the public.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good computer literacy and knowledge of medical software.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and data protection.
