Job Title: Part Time Receptionist/Administrator


Job Summary:


Church Road Surgery is seeking a part-time medical receptionist/administrator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.


Main Duties:



  • Answering calls, booking appointments, and preparing prescriptions
  • Managing patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including preparing and distributing medical records
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, including managing telephone calls, patient queries, and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines
