Clinical Leadership Role in Healthcare

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as the Head of Psychology at Cygnet Hospital Elowen.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and passionate individual to lead our psychology department, making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing risk assessments and care plans collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with the MDT.
  • Providing clinical supervision and training to Assistant Psychologists.
  • Working closely with the APDP programme provided by Cygnet.
Requirements
  • A HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
