Clinical Leadership Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead our clinical team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and oversight to ensure effective outcomes in partnership with service users, carers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on quality and clinical governance matters, supporting the delivery of the Trust's Clinical Strategy and Quality Account.
  • Provide leadership and inspire the Speech and Language Therapy workforce, empowering them to participate in decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality services through the Trust's professional and clinical governance frameworks, implementing national guidance.
Requirements
  • HCPC Registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent Speech and Language Therapy qualification
  • Relevant post-graduate training to Masters level or equivalent
  • Evidence of post-qualified study/short courses and Continuing Professional Development
  • Membership of Professional Body (RCSLT)
  • Membership/Activity of special interest group/networks
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
