Healthcare Leadership Opportunity for Clinical Excellence
1 month ago
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Night Manager to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare, leading the clinical care delivery for individuals living in our designated Home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your service's care and nursing teams to ensure high standards of medical, physical, and emotional care.
- Providing strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop best practice in nursing care.
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks within your service.
You will be responsible for ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner, reflecting care interventions appropriately. Additionally, you will act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, overseeing their care profiles and reviewing them regularly.
As a natural role model, you will manage your unit's team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants. Your thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care, combined with your digital skills, will enable you to effectively supervise and manage medication ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal.
To succeed in this role, you must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. Post-registration and management or supervisory experience, along with training or qualifications, are also essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to progress into a management position within a Care Home setting.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £48,322 per annum, based on 44 hours per week, with the potential for additional earnings through shift differentials. You will also benefit from:
- A comprehensive package of benefits, including paid NMC PIN renewal, home-made meals while on shift, individual membership for the Nursing Times, and free DBS/PVG checks.
- The chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our residents.
- Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in clinical leadership.
If you are a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take on a challenging and rewarding leadership role, please consider applying for this exciting opportunity.
