The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Disability Nurse to lead our Adult Clinical Services team.

Based anywhere in England or Wales, this role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hybrid setting, blending clinical expertise with leadership skills.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

This challenging yet rewarding position requires an active NMC PIN and the ability to work 37.5 hours per week.

Job Purpose:

  • To provide direct care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Collaborating with other teams and services to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent level of seniority.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • £3,600 car allowance.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Mileage reimbursement: 18p-23p per mile.
  • Registration funding yearly.
