About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Night Nurse Manager. This fantastic opportunity offers the chance to advance your career while making a real difference in elderly care.


The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout their night shifts. Responsibilities will include managing medication, care plans, and general nursing duties, as well as leading the team during this critical period.



Nurse Leadership Qualifications



  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD, or RMN)
  • Possess excellent clinical skills, including wound and catheter care
  • Have previous experience in elderly care, preferably in a nursing home
  • Understand clinical governance, risk management, and audit
  • Comply with policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and NMC guidelines
