Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead and develop our nursing team with a passion for preventative medicine. Key responsibilities include managing the team, general nursing duties, maintaining practice standards, rotas, stock control, equipment servicing, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth Practice operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Experience with rotas, stock control, and equipment maintenance

Others
This is a full-time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week, with 1:3 Saturday mornings and time off in lieu during the week for these hours. No out-of-hours or bank holidays.
