Clinical Lead Nurse Position

Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team in Liverpool.

Role Overview

The Clinical Lead Nurse will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. This role offers an opportunity to work in a nursing, dementia, and residential home, providing a warm and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff
  • Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
  • Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Liaising with relatives and external healthcare professionals

  • Annual salary up to £42,300 working 3 days one week and 4 the next
  • Day shifts from 8am to 8pm

Minimum Requirements

The ideal Clinical Lead Nurse will possess:

  • Current RGN, RNLD, or RMN registration
  • Experience in elderly care
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain high care standards
