We are seeking an experienced Clinical Night Manager to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd.

About the Role

As a Clinical Night Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care and nursing teams to deliver high standards of clinical care to our residents.

You will oversee all clinical elements and risks within your service, ensuring that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and excellent clinical and communication skills.

You will also have experience working as a manager within a care home setting and possess post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the care and nursing teams to ensure high standards of clinical care are delivered.
  • Oversee all clinical elements and risks within the service.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Act as the named nurse for residents allocated to you.
  • Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.

Requirements

  • A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
