About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team in Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop psycho-social interventions within our substance misuse services.

Job Summary:

  • Lead the management, development, and delivery of psycho-social interventions within our MHTR team
  • Offer clinical guidance, training, and leadership to a team of Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists
  • Work closely with colleagues to build on innovative approaches developed within other Turning Point MHTR services

About You:

  • You will need a doctorate in a relevant specialism and registration through the Health and Social Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven ability to deliver psychological services and experience of leading and supervising clinical staff
  • Formal training in supervision would be desirable

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • 26 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 28 days + Bank Holidays
