Job Description:

  • Assess and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs
  • Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medical support
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, including medication administration and management of medical conditions
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting trust and open communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. A background in a clinical role within a care home is also essential.
