Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents during night shifts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in residential care, while also contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including unlimited referrals, employee recognition schemes, and access to professional development opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as relevant experience in a care setting.
