Care Professional for Elderly Care

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This involves supervising a team of Care Assistants and working closely with the clinical team to ensure that each resident receives individualised care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for candidates who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care.
