Job Description

This is a supervisory role that involves overseeing a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £14.29 per hour, plus a range of benefits including ongoing training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a variety of retail discounts and savings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
