Brook Street UK Careers is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in East London, providing specialist care for the elderly and individuals living with dementia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Job:

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £45,500 per annum + benefits. As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing care homes and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
