**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Care Worker to join our team at a well-established dedicated care provider in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will work in a restful and snug nursing home, caring for elderly residents around the clock.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide safe care and support to residents
  • Accurately documenting records and updating care plans
  • Daily handover reports must be clear and precise
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding of person-centred care are essential

Requirements:

  • Experience working with the elderly is required
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
