About the Job: As a Team Leader at our care home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support to our residents. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a caring nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote resident independence and support their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Lead a team to deliver high standards of care and respect, fostering dignity and choice for residents
- Support carers in assisting with daily activities, personal care, and meal assistance
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Maintain care plans and keep records updated

Strong leadership, excellent communication, caring nature, and good time management skills are also essential.
