Job Description

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • LEAD AND MANAGE A TEAM OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CARE AND SUPPORT.
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
  • MANAGE FINANCIAL ASPECTS WHILE ENSURING QUALITY CARE REMAINS UNCOMPROMISED.
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • MONITOR AND EVALUATE PERFORMANCE, MAKING NECESSARY CHANGES TO ENHANCE CARE QUALITY AND SATISFACTION.
