Healthcare Team Lead

Award-winning Advantage Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Lead to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this position is around £50,000 - £60,000 depending on location and experience.

The Healthcare Team Lead will be responsible for assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising care workers, and planning realistic care worker rotas. Key responsibilities include regular reviews of individual services, participating in multi-disciplinary reviews, and ensuring the competence of new care workers. The role also involves on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.
