Job Overview:

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £45,025 per annum, with the possibility of reaching up to £50,450.40 per year, depending on experience. As a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD), you will be responsible for providing person-centred care, leading a team of caregivers, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and guiding a team of caregivers to provide excellent care standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the care home.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A valid NMC Pin and eligibility to live and work in the UK.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centred care and dignity.Ability to work autonomously, prioritising tasks and managing your time effectively.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
