Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Slater Hogg & Howison. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and tenants.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and tenants, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve individual, team, and business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of property management and customer service principles, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
