The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Tendley Quarries in Cumbria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

In this role, you will identify business opportunities, evaluate and adjust sales strategies, and foster strong customer relationships to promote our range of aggregates, asphalt, specialist aggregates, and sand products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Promote our products and services to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of increasing sales through effective business development and customer care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
What We Offer:
