**Job Title:** Regional Business Development Manager

 

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our Mixxos Group team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the North of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing the company professionally, adhering to established values and principles.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing new business initiatives to achieve agreed financial and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to delivering agreed business objectives.
  • Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales, and initiating new account sales.
  • Fostering exceptional customer service to create and maintain successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Contributing to marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Overseeing the sales process and pipeline, conducting market and client investigations.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • The ability to create, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities, is also offered.
