The Opportunity
As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Tendley Quarries in Cumbria, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong customer relationships and promoting our aggregates, asphalt, specialist aggregates, and sand products.
This role involves identifying and seizing business opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer care, and generating high-value sales to new customers. You will also assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND ALIGNING OUR SOLUTIONS TO MEET THOSE NEEDS EFFECTIVELY.
- Generate high-value sales to new customers, expanding our market presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements
- A results-driven approach with a passion for business development and excellent customer care.
- Ability to identify and seize business opportunities, driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
