This is an exciting opportunity to join Halfords as a Regional Business Growth Leader, playing a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experience across our garages. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for continually growing sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of colleague and customer service.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in leading teams to deliver outstanding results. As a Regional Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and executing business priorities that drive great customer experience and achieve significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Leverage your expertise to coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in leadership and team management
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a monthly performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your basic salary.
