About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in leading teams to deliver outstanding results. As a Regional Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and executing business priorities that drive great customer experience and achieve significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Leverage your expertise to coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a monthly performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your basic salary.
