Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Commercial Lead to join our team in Cumbria. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in Cumbria by promoting our range of aggregates, sands, asphalt, and specialist aggregate products.
  • Generate high-value sales to new customers, enhancing our market presence.
  • Regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth.
  • Identify and seize business opportunities, driving sales through strategic business development.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.
  • Focused on generating high-value sales and seizing opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Eager to raise the Aggregate Industries UK Limited brand within your sales territory, ensuring quality and reliability.

What We Offer:

  • Salary and Bonus: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
