We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and margin expansion through effective sales strategies and client relationship management in the North of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and initiatives to achieve agreed financial and sales objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally, adhering to established values and principles.
  • Manage existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives, and developing new account sales.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • The ability to create, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
