Regional Sales Ambassador

The Workshop is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Carlisle area.
As a Regional Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through regular product promotions and stock replenishment visits.
With a company van, mobile, and fuel card at your disposal, you will have the freedom to navigate the region and meet with customers in person, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Visiting clients on a regular 4-6 week cycle to change products, provide new stock, and promote upcoming promotions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and retention
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client queries, and resolving any issues promptly
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, knowledge, and resources
