Customer Experience and Sales Growth Manager

This Sales Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 (Basic) with OTE up to £40,000+, making it a highly rewarding career path for driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, encouraging them to experience our products through test drives and engaging them with our services.
- Sales Lead Generation: Leverage various channels to maximise opportunities for sales leads, ensuring a steady stream of new business opportunities.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the Toyota brand and values, proudly serving as an ambassador for our company and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
- Flexibility: Flexible working hours and occasional travel for work and training purposes are necessary.
- Education: A good level of general education, including National 5s in English and Maths, and ideally Highers or equivalent, will be beneficial.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as social media skills, is expected.
