About the Team:

Our merchandising function plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and product flow. This involves optimizing stock levels, minimizing overstock and stockouts, and driving profitability.

About the Role:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.
  • Support with placing and tracking orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
  • Compile reports and provide administrative support to the merchandising team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any stock-related issues.
  • Assist with ad hoc merchandising projects as needed to drive business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software to manage data and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for consumer goods and an interest in the beauty industry.
