Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Junior Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our global locations, including Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems
- Take responsibility for troubleshooting IT support queries
- Escalate and challenge issues to senior team members when necessary
- Write technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Assist the wider IT teams with hardware and software preparation
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed, but a passion for IT and desire to develop your skillset
- Team-focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think logically under pressure
- Ability to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload
