Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Junior Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our global locations, including Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting IT support queries
  • Escalate and challenge issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Write technical documentation and knowledge articles
  • Assist the wider IT teams with hardware and software preparation

Requirements:

  • No prior experience needed, but a passion for IT and desire to develop your skillset
  • Team-focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think logically under pressure
  • Ability to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload
